What are the delivery timings?

Delivery timings are 3 – 5 working days for all major cities and up to 7 working days for remote areas within Pakistan, Please note given the current ongoing circumstances, deliveries may face an extended lead time.

 

Can I edit my order?

Yes, once you have placed your order, kindly contact us through the various channels available and we will be happy to edit your Order provided it has not already been processed.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your Order at any time before the Order has been processed. In case of your Order being processed and still wanting to cancel the Order, kindly contact us on the channels listed below, and we will cancel the Order for you.

How do I track my order?

You can track the order using the tracking ID provided in your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can contact us directly and provide us with your Order number, and we will be glad to help track your order for you

 

The payment gateway doesn’t work, what should I do?

For your ease and comfort, we have multiple payment gateways added to our checkout. If you face any trouble with a specific payment gateway, please try an alternate option. If the issue persists; please contact us directly at 0347-4622226 or WhatsApp us on 0347-4622226 and we will look into it.

 

Can I exchange the product?

If you are at all unhappy with your purchase, all product(s) can be exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please contact us on 0347-4622226 or WhatsApp us on 0347-4622226 for further information.

Please note that the product must be unused with the price label attached along with the purchase invoice.

You may select a product of equal or lesser value, in which case we will provide you with a credit voucher for the remaining amount. If you select a product of higher value, then the difference will be payable accordingly.

Please note: All items purchased on sale cannot be exchanged/refunded.

 

Can I return the product?

We do not offer returns unless the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error on our team’s part. In such a situation, please contact our customer service department by emailing us pictorial proof of defected/incorrect product at customer.care@medinostic.com or calling us at 0347-4622226 or WhatsApp us at 0347-4622226 within 7 days of purchase and we will facilitate respectively.

Refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card used in the original transaction. For COD Orders we will deposit or send out a cheque
